TALK IS CHEAP! Focus on moving forward.

There has been a lot of conversation across America about the pandemic and the impact it is having on the world, both from a human and economic perspective… and I am tired of it!  How about you? Talk is cheap!

That said, I would prefer to focus on moving forward into the new year, focused on how we are going to work together.  Reboarded to our facilities, continue in a work from home mode, or some blend of both.

We know from the survey results we gathered over the past few weeks https://hpisolutions.com/reboarding-survey-results/  that there continues to be concern about disengagement as companies struggle with how they are going to operate and how they are going to keep their people engaged and energized as we transition to the next phase of this pandemic.

Here’s the simple truth… we all need to sit back and take some time to think about what 2021 looks like.  We need to get a bead on how our people are feeling (there are lots of ways to assess how people are feeling) and what they think is right as they continue on working from home or migrate back to the office and facilities.
