Leadership Team

Jerry is the founder and Chairman of HPISolutions, formerly known as Houston Partners International. The business was founded in Chicago, Illinois in 1992 and relocated to Arizona in 2002. Jerry’s educational background is in business administration and operations management. He has held key management positions in industry for over thirty years.

Kathy Huska is a member of the HPISolutions Leadership Team as the Managing Partner. She has over 20 years of experience in client relations, administrative management, marketing, operations and finance.  Her strengths include problem-solving, customer service, technology, collaboration skills and a positive, can-do attitude.

Laura is an Executive Strategic partner at HPISolutions and Senior Vice-President of The Amini Group Ltd., a consulting firm specializing in leadership and management development, facilitation and consulting, effective hiring and retention, team building and mid-level management coaching. The firm is focused on performance improvement and leadership development for individuals and organizations.

Charles is President of The Amini Group Ltd., a consulting firm specializing in leadership and management development facilitation and consulting, effective hiring and retention, team building and midlevel management coaching.
