Laura is the President and CEO at HPISolutions and Senior Vice-President of The Amini Group Ltd., a consulting firm specializing in leadership and management development, facilitation and consulting, effective hiring and retention, team building and mid-level management coaching. The firm is focused on performance improvement and leadership development for individuals and organizations. The Amini Group advises managers and leaders in all sectors in the following functional areas of human resource management: staffing, employee development, and employee relations. Laura has been a Management Coach for over sixteen years, working with mid and upper level managers and leaders. She also facilitates workshops and seminars.

Laura has over 25 years of experience in the following functional areas: leadership development, performance improvement, customer service, communication, team building, creative thinking, strategic planning, project management, mediation, public speaking and presentations. She has a Lifetime Teaching Certificate from the Maricopa Community College Board and is an adjunct professor for Arizona Government University and Rio Salado College.
