Diane Janovsky is a consultant and business transformation leader whose purpose is to unleash the power of organizations to do good and to do well. Through a collaborative but firm style, and with a relentless focus on the alignment of people, process and strategy (purpose, mission, vision and values), Diane helps organizations improve performance and achieve systemic results including revenue growth, cost reduction, highly engaged workforce, quality outcomes and superior customer satisfaction.
Diane’s primary areas of expertise are strategy planning and deployment, organization design and effectiveness, leadership and team development, change management, Six Sigma/process improvement and project management. She has always been passionate about mentoring and developing people, and during her tenure at Honeywell Aerospace, she was honored to receive the Lund Award for outstanding people leadership.
She also brings a cross-functional perspective gained from her breadth of experience in business and strategic planning, marketing and sales, customer service, operations, supply chain, import/export and systems implementation, which she leverages for clients across the for-profit, non-profit and public service sectors.
After many years as a professional in the corporate world, Diane returned to her entrepreneurial roots in 2009 and founded Catalyst For Business, LLC to serve the needs of small and mid-size businesses. In 2012, she joined the HPISolutions partnership where she has been an integral part of our service team, especially in the areas of organizational diagnostics, strategic planning and strategic alignment assignments.
Diane holds a B.A., in French Culture and Civilization from the University of California, Irvine, and a Master of International Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management (now a Unit of the Arizona State University Knowledge Enterprise), in Tempe, Arizona. Certified as a Six Sigma Greenbelt and in Design for Six Sigma (DFSS), she is also Six Sigma Blackbelt trained. She is a Certified Stages of Growth Strategist, and a Certified Consultant and Ambassador for the Arizona Chapter of Conscious Capitalism.
A transplanted southern California native, Diane has enjoyed living in Arizona since 1990, where she shares her life with her husband and three grown sons who are all Eagle Scouts. When she is not busy working, Diane enjoys game nights with family and friends, doing jigsaw puzzles and cheering for Arizona sports teams.
