It is so appropriate that in our 30^th year of business, delivering leadership training and development to organizations around the world, that we would birth the next level of Leadership Learning with the announcement of a new entity, dedicated to Mastery of Leadership Certifications at every level of your organization.

Coming in the first quarter of 2023 we are introducing the most comprehensive, online, real-time learning available in the marketplace today.  Whether you are interested in a track that leads to Master Certification, or simply want to take targeted courses to expand your knowledge in a specific discipline, HPI Leadership Institute (HPILI) is the place for you.  All courses are taught online, live with a subject matter expert faculty member, and are available for one-to-one contact for specific questions or issues.

All of our courses have been selected and approved by the HPILI Governance Council and are designed as a part of an overall certification strategy at various levels including:

• Emerging Leaders – those high potential future leaders in your organization
• Supervisor/Team Leader – those current leaders who are front-line leaders directing your workforce
• Mid and Upper-Mid Managers – those leaders who have supervisory or team leaders reporting to them
• Directors – those leaders who are leading a group of managers and professional reports
• Executive/C-Suite Leaders – those who are responsible for the overall direction of the organization.
