Disengagement – The Next Pandemic? Webinar a Great Success!

Last Tuesday morning, 2/2/21, we held our first live webinar for 32 registered guests to discuss this very important topic.  This interactive process was well received and the vast majority of attendees participated at very high levels throughout.  Clearly, this was a topic of great interest.

During the webinar, we explored this very real virus in our organizations when employees are disengaged.  According to a recent Gallup poll, over 60% of all employees are somewhat or fully disengaged, and the COVID pandemic is further challenging the ability of organizations to keep their employees productive and engaged in their work.

We talked about the solutions to these engagement issues and made available a no charge self-help guide (HPIS Self-coaching Guide for 5 Engagement Factors) to walk organizations through this challenge and begin the process of improvement.
